EditorRyuhei Wakasugi is professor emeritus, Kyoto University and Yokohama National University, and professor of Economics at Gakushuin University. He also serves as adjunct professor at the Institute of Economic Research, Kyoto University, the Center for Economic Growth and Strategy, Yokohama National University, and the University of International Business and Economics in China. Wakasugi is also program director, senior research advisor, and faculty fellow at the Research Institute of Economy Trade and Industry (RIETI). His research includes papers on international trade, foreign direct investment, offshoring, innovation and R&D.
