He has designed and delivered numerous Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud solutions to a variety of organizations since 2011. He currently holds fifteen certifications in Salesforce. He is best known as an automation champion in the Salesforce ecosystem, as he has written over 200 articles on Lightning Flow and Process Builder to show how you can use Lightning Flow and Process Builder to minimize code usage. He has trained more than 1,000 individual professionals around the globe and conducted several corporate trainings. He is the leader of the Navi Mumbai developer user groups in India.
