Dr Christine Grant is a Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist and Deputy Head of School at Coventry University.  She is a leading applied researcher in the psychology of remote e-working and agile working. Her work explores the impact of technology on remote e-workers work-life balance, job effectiveness and well-being, with an interest in developing new measures and related interventions for employees and employers, including the recently published E-Work Life scale. Christine has secured research funding with the ESPRC, British Psychological Society and many others. She has also worked across sectors with a wide range of organisations as an external consultant. Recently, she contributed to British Psychological Society’s Covid19 crisis working group ‘working differently’ and the government’s expert consultation on the coronavirus pandemic. Her work is disseminated widely through journals, conferences, practitioner guidance and in the media. Dr Emma Russell is a Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sussex Business School (USBS). Emma is a member of the ESRC Digital Futures at Work Research Centre, Course Director for the MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and co-Director of Doctoral Studies for USBS. Emma’s research focuses on work-email activity, and its relationship with personality, well-being, resources and goal achievement. Emma has been funded by the ESRC, Acas, the NHS, RBT and others. She disseminates her research in high impact journals, conference papers, practitioner publications and the wider media.
