In today’s society where the development of digital technologies is emerging, it is important to take into consideration the development of individual wellbeing when it comes to engagement with the digital environment. This book represents one of the first scientific attempts to understand how the rapid deployment of digital technologies and their uptake by society have modified our relationships with ourselves, each other, and our environment.
