He is the winner of the Alexander von Humboldt Fundation and the fund of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).Linzhi WuHis research interests are on micromechanics of composites, fracture mechanics of functionally graded materials and design/fabrication/analysis/evaluation of ultra-light composite structures, etc. He is the winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China.
