Dr. Yuriy A. Ushenko obtained his PhD in Optics and Laser Physics (2006) and D.Sc. in Optics and Laser Physics, from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2015). Currently he is Professor and Head of Computer Science Department, at Chernivtsi National University, Ukraine. His research interests include laser polarimetry,holography, application of AI in Life Sciences.Dr. Zhengbing Hu is the Deputy Director at the International Center of Informatics and Computer Science, Faculty of Applied Mathematics, National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ukraine and an Adjunct Professor at the School of Computer Science, Hubei University of Technology, China. Hisresearch interests are in the areas of Computer Science and Technology Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Network Security, Communications, Data Processing, Cloud Computing, Education Technology.Dr. Soltys Iryna obtained her PhD in optics, laser physics from the Chernivtsi National University in 2013. She is an Associate Professor at the Chernivtsi National University. Her current research interests include laser polarimetry,holography etc.Dr. Alexander Dubolazov is an Associate Professor at the Chernivtsi National University. He received his PhD in optics, laser physics from the Chernivtsi National University in 2010. His current research interests include laser polarimetry, holography etc.Dr. Lilia TRIFONYUK is a doctor-surgeon-urologist at the urology department of Rivne Regional Clinical Hospital and Rivne Regional Oncology Dispensary, Ukraine. She has been borrowing the most modern European experience in the treatment of urological patients for the third year in one of the largest and best clinicsin Poland — the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw. Dr. Mykhailo Gorsky is an Assistant Professor at the Chernivtsi National University. He received his PhD in optics, laser physics from the Chernivtsi National University in 2011. His current research interests include laser polarimetry, light scattering by polycrystalline objects, singular optics etc.Dr. Oleksandr V. Olar is an Assistant Professor at the Chernivtsi National University. He received his PhD in optics, laser physics from the Chernivtsi National University in 2018. His current research interests include laserpolarimetry, light scattering by polycrystalline objects, singular optics etc.
