Dr. Guangsheng Wei is currently professor at University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB). He is the winner of the Youth Talent Promotion Project of China Association for Science and Technology, the winner of excellent postdoctoral researcher of USTB and the winner of Principal Medal of USTB. He has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress in 2019 and the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress in 2020. He has authorized more than 30 invention patents and published more than 50 SCI OR EI papers. Dr. Rong Zhu is currently professor at University of Science and Technology Beijing. He is the winner of the First National Innovation first prize, the National Advanced Worker in Science and Technology, the winner of Beijing Teachers' Morality Model (Pioneer), the winner of Baosteel Excellent Teacher Award and expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council. He was selected as one of the first batchesof "National University Huang Danian Style Teacher Team", director of Beijing Key Laboratory of High-End Metal Smelting and Preparation and director of Beijing Key Laboratory of High-End Metal Smelting and Preparation. He is director of Metallurgical Spray Gun Research Center of Beijing University of Science and Technology, member of Expert Committee of China Society of Metals, director of Electrometallurgy Branch, deputy director of Special Steel Branch, member of Steelmaking Branch, member of China Electrotechnical Society and member of National Professional Standardization Technical Committee.
