Gaofeng PanHe received the B.Sc. degree in communication engineering from Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2011. He is currently at the School of Cyberspace Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, China, as Professor. His research interests span special topics in communications theory, signal processing, and protocol design.Xiaqing MiaoHe is Assistant Professor and received the Ph.D. degree at the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, P.R. China, in 2020. His research interests include wireless communication, channel coding, and signal processing.Xuanhe YangHe received the bachelor's degree from the School of Information Engineering, Zhengzhou University, China, in 2015. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology.
