She has taught at Cornell University, New York University, and University at Albany, SUNY, as well as worked in the non-profit sector. She is the co-editor with Peter Nicholls of How Abstract Is It? Thinking Capital Now (2016), has published articles and reviews on modernism, contemporary feminism, and psychoanalytic theory, and holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from Cornell.
