John Hagan is John D. MacArthur Professor of Sociology and Law at Northwestern University and the American Bar Foundation and author of numerous books including Iraq and the Crimes of Aggressive War, Reclaiming Justice, and Who Are the Criminals? Bill McCarthy is the Dean of Rutgers Newark School of Criminal Justice and Professor Emeritus of Sociology at the University of California Davis.
