Chen, PhD is a clinical psychologist and health services researcher at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System in New York, NY. He is Director of the Psychotherapy Research and Development Program as well as Director of the Psychology Section of the VISN2 Clinical Resource Hub. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at New York University. Meriamne B.
