The second edition will include new material on topics such as cyberwarfare; orders made against convicted criminals; and issues of surveillance and interception as well as expanded discussions of cyber security policy and laws, intermediary liability, developments in policing activities and prosecution policies, and developments in cross-border search and seizure and mutual legal assistance and extradition.
