Auteur(s) du livre

Jaboury Ghazoul is a tropical plant ecologist. He enjoys nothing more than being in the field, trying to figure out why plants do the things they do, and are the way they are. He also spends a good deal of his time applying his ecological expertise to societal challenges, ranging from conservation to sustainable food production. He is Professor of Ecosystem Management at ETH Zurich, and holder of the Prince Bernhard Chair in International Nature Conservation at Utrecht University. He was President of the Association of Tropical Biology and Conservation in 2015, and Editor of Biotropica from 2006 to 2013. He is the author of two other OUP books, Tropical Rain Forest Ecology Diversity and Conservation, and Forests: A Very Short Introduction.
