Ambe J. Njoh has been ranked among the top 2 percent of the world’s most productive scientific researchers for two years, (2021 and 2022), in a row by a series of Stanford University studies. He is a Professor of Environmental Science & Policy at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Planning Studies from the University of London, a Master of Regional and City Planning, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds an MA in International Affairs from Florida State University, USA, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from the Advanced School of Public Works (Survey School), Buea, Cameroon. He is the author of a dozen books, and more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, book chapters, and technical reports. His areas of interest and expertise are urban planning, environmental policy, sustainable development, energy policy with emphasis on renewable energy, and data science and machine learning.
