Narinder Kapur is visiting Professor of Neuropsychology at University College London, and honorary Consultant Neuropsychologist at Imperial College NHS Trust. He was Head of Neuropsychology at the Wessex Neurological Centre, Southampton and at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. He is past President of the British Neuropsychological Society, and has authored/edited seven books including an award-winning book, The Paradoxical Brain. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the British Psychological Society. He played a leading role in the reform of NHS disciplinary procedures. He is Human Factors Advisor to the surgical safety group, CORESS, and has won awards for his patient safety work. Vaughan Bell is a neuropsychologist working between psychosis and neuropsychiatry services in the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and is an associate professor at University College London where he works on understanding the interaction between neurological disorders and mental health and leads neuropsychology teaching on the doctorate in clinical psychology. He previously worked in Colombia and continues to work closely with colleagues in the country. He has written on mind, brain, and mental health for Wired, The Atlantic, The Times, The Guardian, Slate, The Independent, Scientific American, and The Observer. Daniel Friedland has worked as a clinical neuropsychologist since 1999. He has published articles on traumatic brain injury, rehabilitation, and neuropsychological assessment. He is involved in research into brain health at the Advanced Brain Health Clinic at the Institute of Sports, Exercise and Health. Steven Kemp is a Visiting Professor at Leeds Beckett University and honorary Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. He was Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist and head of the community brain injury rehabilitation team in Leeds. He has also held the position of Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist and joint head of the neuropsychology service at St. James' University Hospital, Leeds. He continues to published widely in the field of clinical neuropsychology.
