Dr. Sugumar Mariappanadar is a Discipline Leader - HRM and Management at the Peter Faber Business School at the Australian Catholic University. He is a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychology (APS) and a certified academic with AHRI. He was the past Co-Editor-in-Chief, Australasian Journal of Organisational Psychology, published by the College of Organisational Psychology, APS (2015 – 2018).
