Kristijonas Milinis is a Senior Registrar in ENT based in Liverpool, currently pursuing a career in head and neck surgical oncology. He has been actively involved in research throughout his clinical training and has held leadership positions in the national trainee collaboratives in ENT (INTEGRATE). His areas of interest include the development of patient reported outcome measures, evidence synthesis and appraisal and large-scale registry studies. Dr Milinis is a fellow of the higher education academy (FHEA) and has a keen interest in undergraduate and post-graduate education. In his spare time, he enjoys road cycling, surfing, and playing squash. Andrew S. Lau is a Consultant Head, Neck and Thyroid Surgeon based at Manchester Royal Infirmary, and North Manchester General Hospital, where he is the clinical site lead for ENT. Having undertaken specialist training in the northwest, he completed a TIG Interface Fellowship in Newcastle upon Tyne, focusing on head and neck oncology, reconstruction, and transoral robotics. He is the Editor-in-Chief of popular websites ENTSHO.com and ENT4GP.com and has founded a number of revision and introductory courses. He is a past Associate Editor and current Editorial Board member for Clinical Otolaryngology. Thomas Hampton is an ENT Registrar in Mersey currently pursuing a Wellcome Trust Clinical PhD in Global Health. He is interested in social determinants, ethics and public health aspects of ENT and hopes to become a Consultant Paediatric ENT surgeon. He is currently an Associate Editor of The Annals of The Royal College of Surgeons of England journal. He loves live music and modern art. Sunil D. Sharma has been a Consultant Paediatric ENT Surgeon at Alder Hey Children's Hospital since 2018, having trained in London, and undertook a clinical fellowship in paediatric otology and implantation in Toronto. His clinical interests include endoscopic ear and implantation surgery, microtia and craniofacial surgery. He is a Training Programme Director, Postgraduate Clinical Tutor, Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, Clinical Director for ENT and Audiology and Regional Clinical Lead for ENT for the Cheshire and Mersey region. He has over 70 publications, is a member of the SAC (Specialty Advisory Committee) in Otolaryngology, an advanced NIHR research scholar and NICE guidelines committee member. He is also Section Editor for the Ear in Scott Brown's Otorhinolaryngology textbook and Local Scientific Committee Lead for the Otology and Implant streams for the European Society for Paediatric Otolaryngology. He has a keen interest in expedition medicine, long distance running, and flying.
