Jaroslava Kubátová is an associate professor at Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic. Her expertise lies in human capital management and its impact on socially responsible entrepreneurship. His research focuses on sustainable entrepreneurship, particularly social entrepreneurship. Ondrej has authored articles in esteemed journals and contributed significantly to various research projects. Pavla Slavícková has been integral to Palacký University's Department of Economic and Managerial Studies since 2008. Her work centers on the development of accounting and economic theories. With numerous scientific articles and books to her credit, including the 2020 publication "History of Credit Market in Central Europe," Pavla has played a key role in European Social Fund-supported projects.
