The use of health information technology is becoming ever more essential for the provision of nursing care globally, and this has resulted in the need to pay more attention to the innovative use of the technology.
This book presents the proceedings of NI2024, the 16th International Congress on Nursing Informatics, held from 28 - 31 July 2024 in Manchester, England. This quadrennial international conference provides one of the most important opportunities for healthcare professionals from around the world to gather and exchange expertise in the research and practice of both basic and applied nursing informatics. The theme of NI2024 is innovation in applied nursing informatics, and the book includes all 88 of the full papers presented at the conference, as well as 24 case studies and over 100 poster summaries.
