Jessica Kahawaty (Author) Jessica Kahawaty is a Lebanese-Australian model, humanitarian and co-founder of Mama Rita, a Dubai-based food delivery company. Born in Sydney, Jessica grew up between Australia and Lebanon, where she watched her Mama Rita cook for friends and family.
