  Hyewon Lee, Ph.D., is an Instructional Designer at the University of Georgia. As an instructional designer, instructor, and content developer in K-12 and higher education settings, her contributions encompass knowledge and skills in creating and developing courses, integrating diverse packages, apps, and services into course content, and interacting with diverse groups for formative evaluation. Jill E. Stefaniak is an associate professor in the Learning, Design, and Technology program in the Department of Workforce Education and Instructional Technology at the University of Georgia, USA. Her research interests focus on the professional development of instructional designers, designer decision-making processes, and contextual factors influencing design in situated environments. Rob Branch, Ed.D., is a Professor of Learning, Design, and Technology. His research focuses on using diagrams to deconstruct complex conceptual relationships and other complicated flow processes. He teaches Message Design and Project Management. He co-authored Survey of Instructional Design Models and authored: Instructional Design: The ADDIE Approach. Dr. Branch is a Past President of the AECT.
