Colin Luoma is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Brunel University of London. His research broadly lies in the areas of transitional justice, cultural rights, and Indigenous Peoples' rights. He has authored peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and reports on issues relating to his research interests. Colin has also worked on human rights issues as a researcher for Minority Rights Group International and in consultations with the UN Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights. He earned his PhD in Law from Brunel University of London in 2021 and his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2012.
