Dr. Fahad Aziz, MD, MBA, CPE, FASN, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin, where he is Chief of Division of Nephrology. He specializes in providing comprehensive care for individuals with a wide range of kidney-related health issues, including those who have undergone kidney transplant. Dr. Aziz is also dedicated to advancing the field through education and mentorship, as evidenced by his leadership of the Nephrology Fellowship Program at the university.
