Graça Enes has a PhD in European Law and is a European Law and International Law Professor. With a long career as a professor, she is currently Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and Principal Researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Justice (CIJ-FDUP). She was the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law (2013-2014) and the Director of the Master's Program in Law (2019-2020), among other institutional functions. She is the Coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module and the Director of CIJ-FDUP. Graça Enes co-chairs the Portuguese Hub of the European Law Institute. She is an Associate Researcher at the Institut de Recherche en Droit européen et international comparé, of Université Toulouse Capitole. In addition to European Union Law and International Law, her scientific and academic interests extend to the new challenges of international political governance, especially the digital space and the environment. Inês Neves has a PhD in Law, focusing on the intersection between companies and their entitlement to fundamental rights. She is currently a Guest Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of University of Porto, where she teaches Constitutional law, Economic law and fundamental rights as part of both the Law and Criminology degree programmes. She is also a researcher at CIJ-FDUP and an associate at the State Legal Centre (CEJURE), as well as a lawyer specialising in European law, Competition law, digital law and sustainability.  She is a member of the Jean Monnet Module. Her research focuses on Constitutional law, fundamental rights, Competition law and European Union law. Tiago Morais Rocha is a Guest Lecturer of European Union Law and Criminal Law at the  Faculty of Law of University of Porto, teaching both Law and Criminology degree programmes. He is also a Researcher at CIJ-FDUP, and is currently  doing his PhD in Law, researching the guarantee of the Rule of Law in  the European Union.
