Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sonker has received his Ph.D. degree in 2016 from Department of Applied Physics, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India. Subsequently he joined the Department of Physics, Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi, as Assistant Professor. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi, India. Also, Dr. Sonker was selected in 2017 for National Post-Doctoral Fellowship of Department of Science and Technology, selected for BRICS Young Scientist Forum 2022, India. His current interests of research include the synthesis of functional 2D/3D nanomaterial, smart nanofibers/nanoporous materials, Quantum Dots, metallopolymers, etc., characterizations and their energy storage device and sensor applications. Prof. Kedar Singh received his Ph.D. degree in Physics 2003, from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. Subsequently he joined the Department of Physics, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, as Assistant Professor. Presently he is Professor of Physics and Dean, School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India.  His current research interests are in condensed matter physics, magnetic nano material, thermoelectric materials and semiconducting thin films, gas/ bio sensors, DMS-quantum dots, core-shell materials, plasmonic nanocrystals, chalcogenide glasses and their nano composites for energy applications etc. Prof. Rajendra Sonkawade received his Ph.D. degrees in Physics 2006, from the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna University, Srinagar (Garhwal), Uttarakhand, India. Subsequently, he worked at Inter University Accelerator Centre (formerly Nuclear Science Centre), New Delhi research centre of UGC, New Delhi under MHRD, Govt., of India, for around 18 years as a senior scientist. He has also worked as Professor at Department of Applied Physics, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (Central University), Lucknow, India. Presently he is working as a Professor at Department of Physics, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.  His current research interests are in metal oxide thin films and nanostructures for gas sensing radiation physics, supercapacitor and polymer science etc.
