Guiding Transformation

Andrea Montua is the owner of MPC, a strategy consultancy for communication, culture, and transformation in the DACH region. Since 2004, she and her team have been advising and supporting corporations, medium-sized (family-owned) companies, and public authorities in phases of change, as well as in the development, optimization, and professionalization of their internal communication. A business graduate and executive coach, she has been a committed communicator for more than 20 years. Andrea Montua is the host of her podcast “Auf einen Tee” (Over a cup of tea) and author of the specialist books “Führungsaufgabe Interne Kommunikation: Erfolgreich in Unternehmen kommunizieren – im Alltag und in Veränderungsprozessen” (Internal communication as a management task: Communicating successfully in companies – in everyday life and during change processes) and “Transformationen begleiten – Mit starker Führung und klarer Kommunikation den Wandel gestalten” (Accompanying transformations – Shaping change with strong leadership and clear communication).
