Mohuya Chakraborty is a distinguished cybersecurity expert who holds various positions, including Director of the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, Dean of Faculty Welfare and HRDC, and Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Engineering & Management Kolkata. She holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. from Calcutta University, a Ph.D. in Mobile Computing from Jadavpur University, and a Chartered Management Institute (CMI Level 5) certification in Leadership and Management from Dudley College, London. She has received numerous awards, including the Paresh Lal Dhar Bhowmik Award and the Rashtriya Gaurav Award. Chakraborty is a Certified Publons Academy Mentor, and she has published over 100 research papers in high-impact journals, books, book chapters, and conference proceedings, and has been involved in numerous international conferences. She has mentored several Ph.D. scholars in India and abroad. Shambhu Prasad Chakrabarty is Dean of the Department of Law at the University of Engineering and Management in Kolkata, India. He holds an LL.B. and LL.M. in Business Law from Calcutta University and a Ph.D. from the University of North Bengal. He has taught and researched at Calcutta University and West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences for over 20 years. Chakrabarty has edited and published nine books and has written over 50 research papers in various fields, including Climate Change, Traditional Knowledge, Intellectual Property Rights, and Technology Law. He has supervised three Doctoral Scholars and has presented his work at over 70 conferences. He has been invited to numerous national and international events, including the University of Jakarta and University of Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Chakrabarty is a member of the Law and Society Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and IPIRA, where he engages with research and policy initiatives. Althaf Marsoof is Associate Professor at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Deputy Head of the Business Law Division. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Curtin University, an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, and an M.Phil. from the University of Queensland. Althaf's doctoral thesis focused on the liability of internet intermediaries for trademark infringements, which was funded by the Dickson Poon Ph.D. Scholarship. His book, ‘Internet Intermediaries and Trade Mark Rights’, was published by Routledge in 2019. His book was cited in the European Court of Justice’s Opinion. Althaf has won several awards at NTU, including the John Cheung Endowment Social Media Award in 2018, the NBS Research Award for the Division of Business Law in 2020, and the REP Teacher of the Year Award in 2021. He is qualified to practice law in Sri Lanka.
