Louise Dalingwater has published 10 edited or co-edited volumes and is currently co-editing two other special issues. She is chief editor of the International Journal of Health, Wellness and Society, a peer-reviewed journal indexed in Scopus. She is the principal investigator on a COST project consisting of a Consortium of 20 international researchers across Europe and Asia. This can guarantee a significant outreach for international contributions on the subject of health and wellbeing. Arnaud Page is Associate Professor in British History at Sorbonne University. His research sits at the intersection of environmental history, food history and the history of medicine. His work has notably been published in Technology and Culture, Environment and History and History of Science. He is currently finalizing a monograph on the history of plant, animal and human nutrition science in Britain and the British Empire (1840-1914). Liana Winett is Associate Professor at the Oregon Health & Science University-Portland State University School of Public Health (USA). She explores how communities and societies discuss the complex and controversial problems that affect the public’s health, and how framing of these problems can help support broad public participation in these important debates. She has explored, among other topics, issue framing of U.S. federal school foods policy; child healthy weight; early childhood care and education; interpersonal violence; the developmental origins of health and disease (DOHaD); cancer; the U.S. public health response to bioterrorism; COVID-19; and most recently policy discourse around menstruation and menopause. Dr. Winett teaches courses in media advocacy, risk and crisis communication, and mass media strategy.
