Kate is an advocate for equality and all communities and a proud founding member of the Forbes Women Forum for female leaders to exchange insights, ideas and knowledge. Kate is Founder and Chair of the Fashion Marketing Consumption research network (FMCd) and SIG, aligned with the Academy of Marketing with over 300 members and rising (www.fashionmarketingandconsumption.com).
