Nathália Regina Pinto is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School. She holds a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from the USP Law School and earned her law degree from the Ribeirão Preto Law School at USP. She completed postgraduate studies in Compliance at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and Insper, and has also taken part in academic programs at Yale Law School and Berkeley Law School.  Luciano Anderson de Souza holds a Lecturer, a Ph.D., and a Master’s degree in CriminalLaw from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School, and earned a Bachelor of Laws(LL.B.) from USP Law School. He is a Specialist in Criminal Law at the University ofSalamanca (Spain) and an Associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Law, Forensic Medicine, and Criminology at USP Law School.
