Erin K Bailey, Ph.D., ABPP-CN is a clinical neuropsychologist at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, FL, where she serves as the Assistant Training Director for the Psychology Predoctoral Internship Program. Dr. Bailey is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine and the Vice Chair of the USF Social-Behavioral Institutional Review Board. She is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Neuropsychology and is a diplomate of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology. Dr. Bailey serves as an ethics consultant for the JAHVH Healthcare Ethics Consultation Service and as neuropsychology representative to the JAHVH Dementia Committee. She provides training and supervision for psychology predoctoral interns, postdoctoral residents, and psychiatry fellows in the outpatient neuropsychology and memory disorders clinics, as well as the inpatient C&L neuropsychology service – where she serves as co-director. Her professional interests include dementia, decisional capacity, and healthcare ethics.  Joel E. Kamper, Ph.D., ABPP-CN is a clinical neuropsychologist at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital (JAHVH) in Tampa, FL, where he serves as the Assistant Training Director for the Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Residency Program. A diplomate of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, Dr. Kamper has provided C&L neuropsychology services at JAHVH since starting the program in 2015 and currently serves as its co-director. He also maintains a robust outpatient practice and is involved in training and supervision for predoctoral interns, postdoctoral residents, and psychiatry fellows. Dr. Kamper has a passion for professional education and sits on the boards of multiple national neuropsychology practice and training organizations. He is additionally involved in regulation and licensure as a volunteer member of several committees tasked with EPPP development through the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB). His professional interests include differential diagnosis, rare and complex diseases, and delirium.      Tracy Kretzmer, Ph.D., ABPP-CN is a clinical neuropsychologist at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, FL. She completed her doctorate in Medical Psychology at the University of Alabama, Birmingham and is a diplomate of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology. She has worked primarily in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation inpatient settings both as a clinician and a program director. For the past 20 years she has also provided training and supervision for predoctoral interns and postdoctoral residents. She participates in several professional organizations and brain injury special interest groups. Her research and clinical interests have focused on traumatic brain injury, mental health interventions, access to evidence-based care for individuals with cognitive disabilities, behavioral management, and TBI comorbidities and outcomes.
