Dr. Aguiar has published 30+ peer-reviewed papers, edited books, and secured competitive funding as Principal Investigator for projects on bioprocess innovation and bio-based materials.
Eduardo Coelho is an Invited Auxiliary Researcher at the University of Minho, Portugal, with expertise in industrial biotechnology, fermentation processes, and circular bioeconomy solutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and has 13+ years of experience bridging academic research, industrial applications, and food biotechnology. Dr. Coelho has contributed to projects on biofuels, bioproducts, and microbial biosynthesis of lactones, and is co-author of multiple scientific publications and a patent on microorganisms for sustainable oil production.
