He was previously Head of Governance and Trust at the World Economic Forum's Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He has served as an Expert Advisor to the Global Forum on Technology at the OECD and was recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors as one of the most influential experts on corporate governance. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University and is based in New York, NY.
