Roberto Andrade has a robust background in IT infrastructure management and design, blending his technical expertise with leadership and teaching to make significant contributions in both academia and the public sector. He has served as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the National Polytechnic School, where he has led strategic technological initiatives. In addition, he held roles as Chief Information Security Officer and Head of IT Infrastructure at the Ministry of Education. His career also includes key IT positions at the National Secretary of Planning and Development. His deep technical knowledge is further evidenced by his role as a Cisco CCNA, CCNP, and CCNA Security Instructor since 2008, demonstrating his commitment to both technological advancement and education. Carlos Ayala Tipán is a passionate researcher specializing in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Recommender Systems, with a strong focus on innovation and technological advancement. Based in Quito, Ecuador, he currently serves as a Technical Research Assistant at the Escuela Politécnica Nacional (EPN) and is affiliated with the Alan Turing Research Laboratory on Artificial Intelligence and Vision. With a background in web and mobile development, information security, and data management, Carlos is committed to exploring cutting-edge technologies and their applications in solving complex problems. As an M.Sc. candidate in Computer Science, his work emphasizes the integration of AI-driven solutions to improve systems and processes across diverse fields. Paulina Morillo has a solid academic and research background, with a Ph.D. in Computer Science in progress and a Master's Degree in Information Management, both from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, as well as an Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications degree from the National Polytechnic School. Her work stands out for its scientific publications indexed in Scopus and WoS, addressing topics related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision. She has participated in several international conferences such as CVDE, Intellisys, ICCMB, and AHFE. In addition, she has more than 10 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including leading thesis projects, at institutions such as the Salesiana Polytechnic University.
