Prof. Dr. Zoran Kekovic is the founder and president of the Center for  Risk Analysis and Crisis Management. Since 2009, he has been a full  professor at the Faculty of Security at the University of Belgrade,  teaching Security Systems, Security of the National Infrastructure, and  Methodology of Disaster Risk Assessment. He pioneered the first  specialist studies in Serbia and the region in crisis management at the Faculty of Security Studies in 2005. He served as Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Faculty of Security Studies from 2012 to 2016.  Dr. Savo Kentera is the President of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro, a think-tank he established in 2006. In 2022, he served as the Director of Montenegro’s National Security Agency. He holds a Ph.D. in Security Studies from the University of Belgrade and has completed professional training in the United States, including programs at the Institute for National Security and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Dr. Kentera co-edited and contributed to the book “Shaping South East Europe's Security Community for the Twenty-First Century: Trust, Partnership, Integration” (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013). Dr. Marina Dabetic is a Research Associate at the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences and a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow with a PhD in CBRN Disaster Risk Reduction. Her research focuses on CBRN risk management, preparedness, and resilience. She was a Fellow at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) in Monterey, California. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, and a Master’s degree from both the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, and the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Dr. Sanja Grbovic obtained her undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Florence, with a focus on European Union law and the principle of non-discrimination. She continued her academic education at the same Faculty by completing her Master’s studies, further strengthening her expertise in EU internal market law and digital services. She completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the University of Donja Gorica in the field of European Union Law.
