She has led multiple funded projects on sustainable biofuels and advanced filtration techniques. With an extensive publication record, she is recognized for her contributions to environmental and industrial biotechnology.   Dr. Mohd. Zafar is an Assistant Professor at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences - Sur, Oman, with expertise in waste valorization, microbial bioconversion, and AI-driven bio/chemical process modeling. He has extensive research experience, including postdoctoral work in South Korea, and has significantly contributed to sustainable waste management and biopolymer production.
