Her clients include IBM, KPMG, British Airways, Yo, BAE SYSTEMS and the BBC. She is currently doing a doctorate in the Components of Successful Leadership.Major General Richard Barrons CBE is a serving Army officer and has broad experience on operational duty. He was Chief of Staff of 5,000 soldiers drawn from 19 nations for the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan; Chief of Staff of a multi-national division of Coalition Forces in Southern Iraq; a commander in Northern Ireland; Chief of Staff of a Brigade of 5,000 soldiers in Bosnia and Commanding Officer of an artillery regiment in Kosovo. Working closely with governments, the UN and EU he has contributed to finding joint, multinational solutions in the midst of complex emergencies.
