He provides advice and coaching to senior executives, holds several board memberships, and was previously CEO of Alfa-Telecom and Millicom International Cellular. This is his ninth book. Professor Shekshnia was educated at Moscow State University (master’s and PhD) and Northeastern University (MBA).Kirill Kravchenko is Deputy CEO for Organizational Affairs of Gazprom Neft.
