Xianming Shi, P.E. received his PhD in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was a Research Professor of Civil Engineering at Montana State University before joining Washington State University as an Associate Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering in August 2014. He is currently the Geotechnical & Transportation Engineering Group Coordinator at WSU and an Associate Director for the Center for Environmentally Sustainable Transportation in Cold Climates. He is a Control Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Bituminous Materials Committee.Zhen Liu completed his PhD in geotechnical engineering at Case Western Reserve University. He is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and an affiliated Assistant Professor of Geological and Mining Engineering and Sciences at Michigan Technological University. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers. Jenny Liu received her PhD from Texas A&MUniversity, United States. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering, Missouri University of Science and Technology.
