Adam Waters has been working in digital for fifteen years. He currently runs BFBS Creative, a content agency based in London. He's a juror for the Royal Television Society Digital Journalism awards and regularly serves as a digital advisor to charities and government. He's on the InsideOut Leaderboard, is passionate about creating opportunity for people through digital skills, and regularly runs mentoring programmes for young people.
