Andrea Bjorklund is the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University. She is an expert in international investment arbitration and served as a member of the NAFTA arbitration team at the US Department of State. She is a member of the Advisory Board of BIICL's Investment Treaty Forum and served as one of the advisers for the Restatement on the US Law of International Arbitration.
