He is a Visiting Fellow at Durham University Business School, Senior Lecturer in business and human resource management at the University of Roehampton, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, member of the International Coaching Federation, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and member of the Guild of Human Resource Professionals.
