She developed new approaches to interpreting and understanding results to drive action forward and now runs her own business. Her specialist work in researching the impact of internal communication made her the foremost UK expert in this field. Her contribution has been recognised by Fellowship of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) and she is an Accredited Business Communicator (IABC).
